Officially all caught up!
Beka from The Owl Approves is hosting an 18 week blog hop, one for every week until her horse’s 18th birthday! I have made it my mission to participate in all 18 hops, so bring it on.
Week seven asked “Let’s continue pretending that horse poop magically transforms into money instead of the other way. So money doesn’t matter. If you could buy anything for your horse, what would you buy?”
First, a new saddle. Probably a nice custom one that would fit Ax perfectly as well as myself. Preferably calfskin, preferably gorgeous. No more problems with his big withers and wide shoulders, just a beautiful, perfect saddle.
Then I would build him (and myself) a big, beautiful, drool-worthy barn straight out of a magazine. With plenty of grass turnout, hay, big giant stalls, a heated wash rack and a toasty tack room. Of course it would need a matching indoor and outdoor with of the best footing and picture perfect jumps. *sigh*
After that I would probably buy him a super high quality bridle and tons more blankets.
Then he would see the chiropractor and be massaged whenever he needed.
I would monogram everything of course.
Lastly, I would get him (us, really) lessons with whoever I wanted.
Basically he would be even more spoiled than he already is.
